Rachel was amazing! She thought of everything for us and our 2 young kids (5 and 3). She worked the day around our needs and changed things as needed. We were impressed, she thought of everything, even snacks and drink for us and the kids! If you are on the fence about booking, don’t think twice! Just book you will not regret it! I hope to come back to London sooner rather than later for a longer stay and tour again with Rachel!
